This 7% IPA is brewed with loads of American and New Zealand hops, it has an amazingly fruity aroma and flavour (without the bitterness you may expect for such a heavily hopped beer) and is backed up with a biscuity malt base.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Piney, slightly sweaty, resinous, hoppy aroma, biscuity malty background with a nuttily touch, fruity hints of dried apricot. Taste is dry, piney hoppy, nuttily and biscuity malty background, remnants of malt sweetness in homoeopathic dosis, cautious hints of dried apricot; bone-dry, slightly astringent and minimally soapy finish. Nice composition, but could be much better off if the hop flavours left behind a feeling of widening dispersion instead of astringent shortage.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 4 Sep 2015) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, orange peel and earthy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange peel, apricots, crisp-bread and a generous resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well made IPA. Nice one.

On tap at Whatโs Brewing. Itโs an unclear, orange colored beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is fruity and piney, with some pale malts and citrus zest. It has a nice bitterness, with flavors of fresh fruits and pine cones. Citrus zest too. Dry, medium to full-bodied and with a lasting bitter finish. Long bitter finish. Nothing wrong with this one, except it fails to thrill me. Drinks easily though. 141101
