Bottle from Good Beer, New York. Aroma is funky farmhouse yeast with (stone) fruits, apricot, peach, brett, citrus, touch of apple and grapes, some grainy malt. Puckering tartness and acid sourness with a little bit of sweetness. Body is medium. Fruity, bretty and tart/sour, quite to my liking.

Draft at Bier Baron Tavern. Poured a cloudy orange color with a slightly off-white head. Aroma was light tartness. Some mild yeast, touch acidic here, with a little bit of sweetness. Pretty tasty.

Sampled on draft at Urban Tap this beer poured a hazy peach color with a medium sized creamy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was musty and bretty with a lemon note. The flavor was sour, musty and almost bretty with lemon, pepper and a faint herbal note. Long finish. Medium body.

Flaska från Sabina. Smak och doft av humle, citrongräs, jäst, funk, trä, aprikos, vita druvor, örter med toner av citron och ekträ. Torr, rund och len, frisk, fruktig, rena smaker, bra balans och beska. Mycket gott!

I really like this, def much more than their sour stout I tried last night. Looks really great in the glass, a lumescent orange-amber, somewhat cloudy, nice pure white head. Fruity nose, peaches. Mildly sour, lactic, funky, fruity, semi-sweet, rounded mouthfeel. Spicy and hoppy around the edges. Very pleasing and easy drinking, great choice for backyard bbqing.

Bottle at home, Highway Manor been available for a bit now finally managed to scoop some. Dusty orange small head. Nose is vinegar and light fruit. Tastes of apricot, hay, vinegar, barnyard funk, light hops. Low carbonation almost a inblended lambic feel to it. Interesting

At Whole Foods, Williamsburg tap: pours dark golden with a white head that was small. Aroma was hefty vinegar, tree, and funk. Taste is fairly sour at first but you get used to it. Hefty vinegar at first. Body has low carbonation. Pleasant mouthfeel that is unexpectadly mild.

Tap at RnH East. Clear orange color, small white head. Tartness, pear and pepper in the nose. Medium-bodied. Grapes, pear, mouthpuckering funky tartness. A bit rubbery feeling. Interesting sour anyway. "Saison" is misleading here.
