Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus, Nørregade 24, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Logsdon Dunkel Weisse ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, tart, wood, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart, wood, dark malt, yeast, sour. Tap @ Fermentoren Aarhus, 6.2%.. Dark brown/red with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, caramel, spices, dark fruit and brett. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, spices, dark fruit, medium sweet, notes of brett, little dry, caramel, little citric, wood, dusty and a little bitter.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours very dark reddish brown with a creamy tan head, lacings. Aroma of sweet malt, wheat, yeast, light brett, light earthy, caramel, coffee, chocolate, little fruit, light sourness as it warms. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeast, light caramel, wood, oak, light vinegar. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 150118

Draft at The Hop Shop. Clear maroon brown color tan to beige ice cream cone head. Nice aroma of chocolate covered banana dipped in coffee. Taste is banana coffee bubblegum. Shockingly good. Sadly served in a shaker pint but this is North Carolina after all. Be afraid Bavaria, be afraid
