Firkin at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy golden amber with a white head. Aroma is an interesting fusion of brett and strawberries. Med body or nearly. Flavor seemed to start a bit paperish, but I suddenly realized it was strawberries affected with the brett. Rather mild brett, more like strong earth, but somewhat barnyard. Nice brett, and not over the top.
