Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Caramel aroma. Toffee and light roast flavor with light licorice. Medium plus bodied. Toffee and light roast lingers with light coffee.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown/black with a tan head. Aroma of dark malt and maybe coffee. Full bodied. Flavor is smooth rich dark malt, aspects of dark fruit, and very arguably coffee. So good it seems to have come from a barrel. Very good IS.
