On tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy dark orange, white head. Malty, lots of oranges, orange juice, bit spicy. Quite sweet. Bit artificial. Some bitterness in the finish. Light bodied, soft carbonation.

Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light copper with a slight whitish head. This stuff smells like orange soda. Med minus body. I guess there’s a zest component, but there’s sugar, and orange that seems artificial. That’s probably unfair, since the label claims "select parts of whole oranges" with "only natural ingredients". Must have been an excess of oranges down there. Course the label also claims this is a salute to Belgian fruit lambics - so they don’t seem to be dealing with a full deck. But if one sticks with it, it gets to a tolerable level. Finishes orange rind bitter.

Bottle. Orange-amber beer with a cream head. Orange juice aroma. Wheat and grain flavor with light spice and orange. Mineral and wheat flavor with hay and orange. Pass on this one.
