À la Mode is inspired by mom’s traditional peach cobbler recipe served with vanilla ice cream. A toasty, crusty base beer with an added 140 lbs of heirloom Le Grande Nectarines from Masumoto Farms. To enhance these flavors we added hints of nutmeg and cinnamon with a generous helping of vanilla. The result is a spot on imitation of that classic summer food. À la Mode was brewed on our 3 barrel pilot brewing system and, as a result, is extremely limited.

Tap at The Bruery. Pours a weird hazy gold. Aroma is light stone fruit with lots of vanilla. Med body. Flavor is light stone fruit, vanilla,; nutmeg comes later. Brings to mind old fashioned cream soda.
