Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Tap at Sudwerk Dock. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Light coffee and chocolate aromas. Not getting much hop. Near med body. Flavor is smooth dark malt with some chocolate. Maybe coffee isn’t present. Dryer than not. Tasty. Might be the Cascaderade without the Cascade?
