12 ounce bottle. Nice roasted malt nose has notes of sweet milk chocolate. Flavor is smooth and creamy with rich cocoa and nutty malt. Slightly crazy, it is. Eight ball in the corner!

Sampled on tap at St. Augustine's, pours a thick black with a small ring of tan head. Aroma of molasses, rich roasted malt, licorice and slight coffee - quite robust. Flavour is very rich, with a fine balance of coffee and chocolate, molasses and licorice. Full-bodied, with a silky smooth mouthfeel. More satisfying than the regular 8-Ball. Excellent.

Very dark. Mild roasty, oaty aroma with light fudge notes. A bit of slightly boozy richness. Finishes with fudge, but also tartness and a little alcohol. Good.

Poured up on tap at the Tampa Pour House with deep mahogany body and mocha like head. The aroma offers up dark roasty malts, a muted sort of vague hoppiness, malt balls and some chocolate. The taste is full of big dark roasted malt, chocolate and chocolate malt ball notes as well as lesser amounts of spicy black licorice and molasses. This tastes of big rich harmonious goodness. Well done.

On tap at Beachwood BBQ. Pours with a near black body and a large tan head. Aroma of light alcohol, oats, chocolate, earth and a bit of a salt note. Flavors are chocolaty, earthy, fudge, and dusty cocoa powder. A bit on the light side of things, I don’t think this has too much alcohol for an Imperial Stout (if it does, it is well hidden). Medium bubbles and a bit thin.
