We've brewed up our hefty DIPA base beer and hit it with one of the most exciting dry hop combos we could get our hands on.
Hop Revolution are a hop grower in New Zealand and we've used their NZ Revolution blend to dry hop this beer. The blend contains Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka; an epic mob of tropical, citrus and stonefruit flavours and aromas.

Can. Nose is fruity, citrus, moist dankness. Taste is fruity, citrus, leading to pronounced white grape, dank, almost mineral finish. Thinner than you would expect.

On tap at Carnival, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some citrus, and pithy stone fruits. Flavour is full of citrusy hops, some gentle dankness, resins, and bready malt. Not exactly WC, but also definitely not a hazy. Reasonably hopped, but not the most expertly curated. Decent.
