Our third collaboration with Newcastle’s Full Circle Brewing Co brings us to making an IPA perfect for sipping in the sunshine! An extra fine and fluffy base made up of pale malt, oats and chit malt sets the tone for laid back easy drinking! One of our favourite hop combos, Citra and El Dorado, creates a bright squash of sweet fleshy pear, orange and peach with Yakima Cheif’s CRYO POP™ blend bringing a succulent tropical fruit salad medley. The chorus of fruits doesn’t stop there. We finished the beer by circulating it through lemon zest to draw out bright, balmy and tart flavours and aromatics. The result is an undoubtable, proper sunshine refresher!

Can from Tesco. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of sherbet lemons and faint mango. Taste is light peach and strong lemon. Sharp finish, but drinkable.

Can. Nose is very muted, citrus, orange, lemon juice. Taste is lemon juice - in particular squeezed lemon and water my child likes to make - grain, slight peach, minerality. Dry finish. Lemon is an interesting adjunct but it doesn't really work.

Can at home, from Tossco online, 17/06/22. Hazed orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange pith, pineapple, toasted malts, grass. Taste comprises tangerine, mellow tropical fruits, melon, citric sherbets, grass, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Okay mid paced IPA.
