On tap at the brewpub with Mosaic. Aroma of lemon and light hop with slight malt. Clear amber with tan head. Moderately patterned lace down the glass. Taste is rich malt and moderate floral hops.

Tap at the brewpub - Cascade version. Pours dark amber with a creamy white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Floral with a citrus hint. Med body. Flavor is surprising - starts like fresh cold tea - but then the hop grabs hold and its all hop from there. Seems citrus hop. Finishes "fresh" and bitter. Very, very tasty.

Tap - Apollo version. Pours clear amber with a medium white head and great lacing, which is the norm for El Toro. Aroma is of grapefruit and pine, nice. Flavor is medium sweet caramel, citrus, pine and a bit of toffee base. Enjoyable beer, and definite plus up on the basic Poppy
