We've taken the funky wild yeasts used for centuries in Korea and Japan to brew Kombucha Tea, and put them to work on a delicious combination of pale Malts and American hops. The result? A tart, super refreshing, bone-dry and fresh tasting Kombucha beer that will change the way you think about low ABV beers forever.

Taste comprises light funk, lemon rind, peppery spice, tarte citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok refreshing number for the ABV but not one I’d choose to revisit.
