Cask (gravity) from wood barrel @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Brass Castle Lemming ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light sweet malt, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, sticky, sweet hops, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
