Be careful what you wish for. Some time ago we asked you what we should brew and of the many suggestions this was by far the craziest: Sour ale inspired by the legendary flavoured fortified wine, Gambina. We didn't add any flavourings but just blended our version together from beers aged in vermouth, gin and wine barrels. Naturally, low carbonation and packaged in 0,75l PET bottles

A small taste @ Tallinn Crap Beer Festival 2023. Pours hazy red with a low head. Aroma is gambina. Flavor is malty gambina. Not bad!

Plastic bottle. Brownish colour, tiny white head. Apple-like sweet and tart nose. Medium-bodied. Very tart apple in the flavour. Sweetish. Bad.

750ml bottle @ SalamaNation, Helsinki. Not as bad as I expected. Sour berries, herbs, earthiness, hints of vinegary tartness and vinous notes. Faint notes of oud bruin mixed with some herb liquor

Plastic bottle 0.75l at Salamanation, Helsinki. Bottled 20.12.2022. Color is cloudy dark orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Rowanberries, rhubarb, vinegar, tartness, some sourness, dryness... actually this one is very Bad.
