We aged a small portion of our Imperial pineapple gose in a Riversalte wine cask. Ripe apples, pineapple and oak dominate the nose and the dessert wine lends a sweetness on the palate.

Only a very limited number of kegs were produced.

Sweet, tart, boozy. Really boozy. Pineapple and sherry, vinous, heavy. Not bad.

Tap at HW. Clear amber colour, small white head. Wood, fruits in the nose. Light-bodied. Whitewineous, apple, some tartness. Interesting.

Tap at HazeWave, Helsinki. Color is cloudy orange with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Tropical fruits, pineapple, some dry elements, some Woody elements, alcohol.... challenging.
