Waxed bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours dark copper with a 4 finger frothy beige head. Aroma is darkly bready. Almost suggesting rye. Med + body, though fluid. It’s bitter, sweet, astringent. It has dark fruit and light pitted fruit. Wowser.

Sampled from bottle at PIB, pours a cloudy / murkey orange with a small beige head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, banana and doughy malt. Flavour of Belgian spices upfront, yeast, low hop notes and some malt sweetness. Light-to-medium bodied, with a spicy character throughout. Solid effort.
