Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hops, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrusy hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and some floating impurities and a white head. Nose is a little fruity but shows little hop character. Medium body, some fruit, a chemical twist and a bitter finish. 071112

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, batch 1201, bb Nov 2013
Hazy golden color, with compact head, and a lot of floaters. Perfumy aroma, nice fruity touch, an impression of Nelson Sauvin, but the typical pungency is limited. The mouthfeel is smooth, also because the carbonation is high; the malt flavor is dry and quite pleasant, with some cereal and crispy impression; the bitterness is high, although the qualities of the hop don’t shine.
A good beer, but below expectations.

Bottled 330ml. -from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, pleasant hoppy fruity nose. Moderate malty, quite bitter grapefruity hoppy with nice floral notes. Slight jam like fruity sweetness with bitter finish and long-lasting bitter aftertaste. It seems that my favorite Cascade hops got dangerous competition in Nelson Sauvin.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Bit of a gusher! Pours hazy orange gold with a 3 finger foamy white head. The tropical fruit aromas are much more distinct than in many NS ales I’ve had. Med body. Flavor is very light caramel with tropical hop - tho not quite so impressive as in the aroma. Still it’s tropical fruit. It’s mellow. Perhaps a little less than smooth. But it’s a very nice beer, finishing fruity and bitter.
