Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a clear yellow color with a thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, spicy yeast and toasty malt. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent Wit overall.

Poured from U.S. pint (473mL) bottle. Clear yellow colour with foamy white head. Very wheaty smell with mild citrus and floral notes. Tastes the same, but with a surprisingly nice creamy texture that coats the mouth, however, an abrupt (non-existent) finish.

Draft. Pale straw beer with a whitish head. Light wheat and light spice aroma. Wheat and light spice flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Wheat and light spice lingers with light citrus.

Tap at OBF. Pours light gold with a foamy white head. Aromas of zest and coriander. Near med body. Flavor is zest and spicy. Moderate clove. A much tastier wit than many. Wheat is well eclipsed by flavors.
