Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Can 440ml (from brewery shop, Leeds) Brown colour, small off-white head and lace. Strong sweet toffee nose. With air turns to be more to roasted. Light to medium-bodied. After bold aroma, flavour is quite more on Earth. Toffee, toastyness, hops in the flavour. Not very sweet at all. Should work as imperial pastry stout even better.
