A light sessionable ale for the summer with grapefruit and citrus notes. Rivertown's second seasonal of 2024. The hops, Summit, Dragon, Goldings, remind us that winter is over, and summer is truly underway. The selection of both old and new world hops from the UK, New Zealand and America were carefully selected to bring bursts of citrus and tropical stone fruit. Think, the sweetness of passionfruit and pineapple, followed by a zing of citrus grapefruit squeezed over the top. But, just like the British summer sun, these moreish but mellow flavours do not linger and will keep you wanting more.

Cask at the Woolpack, Hertford on 16th August 2024. Hazy copper with dense, yellowy white foam and full lacing. Pungent aroma with overripe orchard fruits. Almost disagreeably sour and heavily spiced apple and citrus in-mouth, and a lemon finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
