A session bitter which is bittered with Chinook and nosed with Cascade. It’s got the bitter back taste of an English Bitter but slightly lighter in colour, with a subtle nose but not hopped to take your head off.

Cask at the Cambridge Blue, Cambridge on 18th July 2024. Copper with shallow foam and spot lacing. Rich malty aroma. Nutty malts and leafy hops in-mouth, and a finish of hazelnut and candied fruits. Smooth mouthfeel and a light to medium body.

11/2/2022. Cask at the 12th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, flowers, fruit. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Oily watery mouthfeel, soft carbonation.
