Contemporary West Coast IPA that is characterized by slightly less bitterness and more distinct dryness and aroma than its predecessors in the early days of craft beer culture had. We immersed ourselves in experiments with innovative hops products - Flex, Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Lupomax, and used only light malts to create this beer.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Lightly hazy golden, mid sized head. Earthy tangerine and lychee up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Earthy passionfruit, tomatillo and pineapple. Medium bitterness. Interesting.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is wood, resin and some floral tones with mild toffee tones. Flavour is floral, some fruity and mild herbal tones with mild toffee and oats to it.

On tap at Kakis Maisa, Riga on 13th June 2024. Pale yellow gold with shallow white foam and full lacing. Interesting herby spiced aroma. Grapefruit citrus juice and peel in-mouth, and a reflective finish. Exquisite. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
