Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Citra bring a hop spectrum of flavour including Pine, Citrus hits of Grapefruit, Orange and Tangerine skin. The bitterness is apparent, but is balanced off well with notes of toffee and honey from the malt bill. Floral aroma with hints of melon.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 1st December 2023. Deep amber to copper with shallow yellowy white foam and full lacing. Zesty peel aroma. Tangy citrus fruits and peel in-mouth, and a zesty citrus finish. Light body and a zingy mouthfeel.
