Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 1 | Flavor - 1 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 2.5
Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 12th September 2021. Rated as a novelty ale. Deep sepia with tan foam and scant lacing. Spicy aroma with notes of of shampoo/bubblebath/cough mixture. Aggressively piney and resinous in-mouth, to the level of a bitter potent medicine, and a finish to reflect this. Smooth mouthfeel and plenty of body.
