Our collaboration IPA with Heist Brewery stemmed from a mutual love for Pina Colada. Together we created an IPA base that was thick, indulgent and punchy. Building on that base we stacked Vic Secret for pineapple flavour, Sabro for coconut and Citra Cryo for the tropical punch. During the brew we realised there were three Adams in the house, the name was born.

On tap at CBC, Covent Garden on 18th July 2021. Pale hazy gold with whitish foam and scant lacing. Spiced lemon peel aroma. Sweet citrus in-mouth with mild spices. Floral hoppiness in the background. A finish of tangy citrus and spices. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body.
