Sometimes it seems like you only ever hear about stouts aged in bourbon barrels, but we know, and you know, that there's many more possibilities of bourbon-barrel-aged goodness out there! If you've enjoyed Kentucky Kilt or Rackhouse Reserve in the past you're going to love Cellar Season! This winter sipper was inspired by the delicious collaboration we made last year with our friends at Deschutes Brewery, Maskerade. It began its journey as a massive brown ale before being matured in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for the better part of a year, picking up vanilla and bourbon notes that accent the rich caramel and nutty flavors of the base beer
