Poured from an undated 16 oz can.
Aroma is moderately hop forward with notes of stone fruit, passion fruit, tropical citrus and gooseberry. Light grapefruit lemon and dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a fairly clear, yellow-gold color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Fairly high lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with a light cracker malt note. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. A bit of a watery taste. Moderately strong hop notes of grapefruit, lemon, and dank, oily pine resin that linger into the finish. Much lighter notes of stone fruit, passion fruit and berry.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, an alright beer but I'm not sure how a beer that's triple dry hopped can have such a light hop character. I was hoping for an explosion of hop aromas and flavor. Malt profile is pretty light and a bit watery.
