Draft. Golden-amber beer with a cream head. Light citrus and light tropical fruit aroma. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit flavor with light mineral notes. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit linger.

Poured from an undated 16 oz can. Aroma is a balance of hops and malt. Lots of citrus, pine, berry and passion fruit with a nice dank, resin note as well. Medium light bready, grain notes with light alcohol notes. Pours a clear, brilliant gold color with a medium large, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light bready, grain notes and some light caramel as well. Medium light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of citrus, pine, and berries with lingering dank, resin notes. Hints of passion fruit and guava. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a fun, tasty bock. A solid, bright malt profile to carry all the hops and add some sweetness. Not particularly bitter and the alcohol is well hidden. Not one to be crushed, but very enjoyable.
