Draft. Copper beer with a tan head. Light caramel aroma. Caramel and light nutty flavor with light mineral notes. Medium bodied. Caramel and light nuttiness slinger with light mineral notes.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated June 06, 2023. Aroma is malt forward with fairly strong notes of toasted bread, biscuit, graham crackers and caramel. Hints of raisin, cherry and nuts. Faint alcohol notes and hints of woody, herbal hop notes. Pours a fairly clear, reddish auburn color with ruby and amber hues and a medium large, thick, fluffy, tan head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges. Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderately strong notes of toasted bread, caramel, biscuits and lighter notes of graham crackers. Hints of raisin nut bread. Moderate bitterness and hints of alcohol. Light herbal, woody hop notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid amber lager. Super tasty malt profile full of depth. Balanced bitterness with complimentary light hop notes. Alcohol is well hidden.
