Topaz Farm is a three-generation family-owned and run farm 20 minutes outside of Portland. It’s also one of the coolest music venues in the state, hosting a rad summer concert series. Pumpkin patches. Sunflower mazes. Farm to plate dinners. You have to do a lot when you’re a farm. Or you get to do a lot.
Topaz, if it’s a stone, is a symbol of honor and strength. It can calm anger and balance strong emotions. Also, purportedly, if you wear it and are able to enchant it, it makes you invisible. Sick.
Topaz, if it’s a beer, is brewed light and refreshing with a focus on rockstar hops, Citra & Strata, a low ABV, and that characteristic dusky summer shimmer: music just beginning as sunbeams stretch over freshly cut fields.
