Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 05, 2021. Aroma is hop forward with orange, grapefruit and tropical citrus notes. Lighter notes of berry, passion fruit, guava and hints of dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, pale, golden straw color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Quite a bit of berry, passion fruit, mango, and lighter orange, grapefruit and pine resin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA. Good hop notes with a balanced sweetness and malt character. Not particularly bitter, but alcohol is well masked. Hop character is fairly unique (El dorado) and it doesn't quite have that typical hazy malt character.
