Poured from an undated 16 oz can. Aroma is rather hop forward with juicy tangerine, grapefruit and tropical citrus notes. Lighter stone fruit notes and hints of oily, dank, pine resin. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes. Medium high lacing and small legs. Pours a somewhat clear, gold color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes and a touch of biscuit. Fairly strong, assertive bitterness with light alcohol notes. Lots of grapefruit pith, and dank, pine resin. Lighter tangerine notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. Nice juicy, citrus hop aromas with a much stronger, assertive, bitter hop flavor. Balanced malt profile and body that carries the alcohol.and bitterness well.
