This classic American lager is an all-day sipper. It is crispy, low in alcohol, and has a hint of flaked corn. The American malt build gives it an immaculate, clean finish.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated August 23, 2021. Aroma is adjunct forward with a moderate corn note and lighter grain notes. Hints for alcohol. Very faint floral esters and herbal hop notes. Pours a clear, very pale, yellow gold color with a medium large, medium thick, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Faint lacing and no legs. Flavor has a light sweetness and light grain notes with medium light corn notes. Medium light bitterness and hints for alcohol. Faint floral esters and hints of herbal, floral hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid American lager for whatever that is worth. Clean fermentation with balanced corn and grain notes. Light hop notes. Easy drinking, but not particularly interesting - true to style there.
