Our highly-decorated imperial stout has been hibernating in gorgeous Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels for up to 18 long months. Profound chocolate, vanilla and oak on the nose pay tribute to prolonged exposure to Woodford soaked American Oak. A delicate coffee body gives way to ripples of tobacco and plums on the finish. Unpredictable in its expression, The Black Bear’s personality changes from barrel to barrel.

soy sauce dark chocolate massively over the top. bourbon is so over powering even if you like over powering barrel this is too much. so there is a lot of iodine as well. Blah
