Pour is a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is a very nice floral hop with big dose of sweet malt. Flavor is more hops with a fruit like mango hagning around in the backround. Finish is very dry with a decent hop left on the tounge after the swallow. This is a good beer to have around.

Sweet bonus courtesy of drewbeerme. 12oz bottle pours dirty copper brown with light tan head. The mild aroma lofts up soft notes of sweet malts and echoes of pine hops. The taste begins with an even mix of maltiness, crystal like malts and pine hops. The pine hops become richer and more bitter to midway and seem to gather up a brief note of citrus too. Into the finish the tasty pine hops persist with a background of malts and a touch of crystal malts and roasted malts. The more I drink the more it grows on me. Nearing the end I think I’m getting a bit of floral hops, grassiness and a touch of spicy hops that pop up about midway.

Rating #1700. 12 oz bottle sent to me by my 2009 winter Secret Santa. Pour is a hazed copper brown with a two inch tan head. Head falls slowly with nice lacing. Aroma of resin hops along with some pine notes. Fresh and clean nose. Taste is big resin bitterness, immediately scrapes the tongue. The pine is present in the longish finish. There is also a grassy mineral malt in there too, though the balance is well towards the hops. Like the nose, the taste is fresh and clean. Residual hops are very long lasting. Palate is medium, a bit oily, active carbonation. Nice brightly hoppy beer - thanks Santa.
