Nitro at the brewery. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces thickly. Aroma has strong roasted malts and dark grains with a semi dark chocolate backing. Flavor has earthy dark grains supported by dry roasted malts.

Tap at Next Door. Thick, brownish body. Big fluffy rusty beige head. A pretty nice Stout. Leaning into a more traditionally West Coast hop forward feel, although it is really nicely balanced. Full bodied. Not exactly World Class, a little heavy and syrupy, without much depth to back it up. Leans into the chocolate cocoa syrup tones.. OK.
