Draught at pita kabob in Visalia. Deep brown and full beige head. All things nicely in moderation beer - roast, slight chocolate and coffee. Not bad.

On tap at the brewery. A decent, well made and well balanced stout, with a nice roastiness but not too extreme.

Tap at the West Coast Brewfest. Pour dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate. Flavor is chocolate, smooth burnt malt, and floral. Finishes dry and bitter.
