Tap at The Rubicon. Pours copper with a beige smear for head. Aromas of resin and fruit. Flavor is peach and grapefruit rind. Maybe a bit of resin. Oh, there’s some malt backbone. Necessary but hardly noticeable given all the hop. Very tasty. Finishes clean and strongly bitter. Excellent.

On tap at Toronado. Pours with a hazed golden body with a small white head that leaves good lace. Aromas of orange, tangerine, citrus hop profile with a bit of a bready maltiness. There is also a hint of weed (but that could also be the bar that I am in). Hoppier aroma than their IPA (could be a freshness issue with that). Flavors are malty, bready, lightly spicy. Some orange and light tropical fruit notes. Slightly metallic. Light dill character (that I associate with sorachi ace sometimes). Lively bubbles, dry, well attenuated. Good.

Bistro 13th IPA Fest notes. For taste plus feel, this beer won the day. Otherwise, it was still a top five or six beer for me. The aroma is relatively mild but good. Sweet pine/citrus hops. Very well-balanced. Tastes of hop flowers, honeyed malt and pine resin. Light to medium dry. Very pleasant finish with light hop bitterness. It was just sweet and smooth and a pleasure to drink.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale yellow color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy grapefruit aroma with some hints of pine needles. Dry malty hoppy bitter flavor with hints of citrus and pine. Has a dry malty hoppy bitter citrus finish with a long bitter aftertaste.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a nice off-white head. Clean malty, pine aroma. Roasty, chocolatey, coffee, malt, caramel flavor and lots of grapefruit and pine hop flavor. Lingering roasty, malt, and pine/grapefruit. medium body. Long lasting complex flavor, but I wish it was a little less malt.
