Tap at the Bistro BA fest. Pours black with a temporary creamy tan head. Lots of resin hop in aroma. Full bodied. Nice smooth resin over smooth burnt malt. Mild oak astringency. Brilliant.

Draft. Blackish beer with a low tan head. Grapefruit aroma. Toffee and grapefruit flavor with light roast. Medium bodied. Some bitterness. Grapefruit and toffee lingers with light roast.
