[ As The Beer Factory Leksand Crazy Cow Milk Stout ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, chocolate, chocolate - milk chocolate, light lacto. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, milk chocolate, dark malt, lacto. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170318] 7-3-7-3-14

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2016) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, chocolate and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with notes of cacao, coffee, liquorice and a generous cacao bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight milky sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Keg at SBWF. Black, small head. Milky nose with some coffee. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Milk and licorice. Low bitterness.
