It doesn’t get fresher than a wet hop IPA. Our first one overflows with the vibrant sunlit intensity of heaping, fresh-from-the-bine Citra, paired with Simcoe and Mosaic for a little extra bounce. We were excited to work with the folks at Yakima Chief Hops to pay homage to the tireless work of hop cultivation and farming, and to embody the flexibility and effervescent urgency required for a wet hop brew. While we’re always in pursuit of the freshest hop flavor and seek to infuse it into each offering, we think you’ll enjoy discovering the differences that whole cone wet Citra adds to this one in particular.

Can from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Fresh indeed with a 'green' hoppy aroma, citrus, some weedy Mosaic, juicy tropical fruits, fruit peel, grass, mango and grapefruit. Light pine, bit dank. Flavour is medium bitter and mild sweetish. Medium body. Hops come jumping out of the can. Quite good!

Canned, 473 ml, from Beerdome, shared with Miro B and Max. Hazy orange, white head. Hoppy, dank, tropical fruit, chewy, resinous, nice moderate bitter finish. Juicy. Medium bodied.

Incredible beer, perhaps the best pint to come out of Nashville's premier IPA brewery. Lovely citrus explosion on the front end, full of grapefruit, lemon zest, and mandarin, with undertones of pineapple and dragonfruit, backed up by cracker malts and a hint of resin and pine on the modestly bitter finish. Slight boozy tint to the feel, but otherwise an near-impeccable wet-hop IPA.
