This American Wheat Ale is designed to refresh. A blend of Wheat and Pilsner malts play perfectly with a light touch of hops to make this a great choice any time.

Very hazy golden coloured body with a nice three to four centimetre tall pure white head that fades very quickly. Aroma of dry wheat, light bread, yeast, coriander seed, some bubble gum and a big hit of the banana esters that come from the yeasts as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong banana and pure yeast flavour dominate in a good way with a lot of sweet bubble gum and dry wheat notes with some good sweetness, a dry herbal bite and more of the crisp wheat notes that gives this a good complexity, while being very easy-drinking. Aftertaste is crisp, yet very soft from the yeast and wheat throughout with a good coriander seed freshness and some sweetness from the bubble gum. Overall, a very nice and refreshing german hef from deep in Florida to do well against the heat down here, even around the turn of the New Year! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Naples, Florida on 28-December-2020 for US$2,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Sanibel, Florida on 29-December-2020.

Hefeweizen, lighter on banana and lemongrass than I'd prefer
