Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malty, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is malty and Barrels.

Several glasses from a 32 oz growler filled 3 hours previously at Martin City Brewing Company Pizza & Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a mostly clear golden with a smallish off white head. The aroma is a pleasant blend of the apple notes of Brandy and the grass and Belgian yeast of the Tripel. The taste is an equally nice blend of the barrel apple Brandy and the grass, straw, floral and yeast flavors. Clean tasty beer. The palate is me medium to heavy bodied with soft natural carbonation and the clean warming finish. This was nice, and I am generally not a fan of Brandy or Tripel.
