Pours hazy Golden with a thick white head. Aroma of spiced wheat. Taste is dominated by spice with distinct coriander notes. Palate has a lot of coriander with some nutmeg. Good wit, really carries the essence of the style.

Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a murky orange-honey color with a large foamy orange-white head. The aroma was yeast, coriander and white pepper. The flavor was strong coriander, white pepper, mustiness, tangerine and bread crust. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Looks like a hefe when it pours. Odd almost volatile alky metal nose. Taste is certainly stronger ale, quite american strong wheat ale. Big it is, and difficult it is. A little viscous in the glass. Becomes mouth coating as the session continues. Whew. In the middle its more sweet and cloying than expected. Disappointing if yer lookin for a gentlemanly wit beer. Rude. Crestfallen. Was fooled by the name but, I guess wit means wheat in some language, no? I was wondering if wit meant white like in friendly white beer. Think middle euro. Not impressed.
