Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear light brown with small white head. Aroma is caramel, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is caramel and earthy.

22oz bomber pours with a clear mahogany colored body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up smooth sweetened coffee, molasses and a spicy sort of caramel note. Nice. The taste delivers smooth slick fairly rich malt sweetened coffee flowing into a minor up welling of black strap molasses. Coffee barleywines are pretty nice. This one is hitting the spot right now.

On tap. No head and murky brown color. A-bourbon, dark fruit, spice t-follows, some earthy hops. Slight burn.
