Sampled on draft this beer poured a light salmon color with a small white head that faded quickly. The aroma was tart berry. The flavor was dryish with tart berry and a bit of vague dark fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Bottle from kroger I believe. Looks like any other pale clear beer. Lots of visible sparkling carbonation. Smell is mostly simple beer but the nose hints of a little fruit in there. For a fruit beer, this comes across rather better. Its certainly tart. Taste is somewhat refreshing, something between a radler and a berliner weiss riding on a typical lager beer background. Goes down fairly easy. Good cutting co2. Not bad overall, doesn't seem to have many, if any, ill effects. I'd drink another.

On tap at Flying Saucer - Raleigh, pours a clear clear with a small white head. Aroma brings out light, tart cranberries, with a touch of lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with subtle tart cranberries and a bit of lacto. Easy and gentle. Not bad.

Yeasty bread dough, cherry and strawberry nose. Clear rose medium head. Bready cherries. Light body, easy carbonation. Slightly tangy but fairly dry.

Month old bottle A: Poured a big snow white meringue like head atop a pale pinkish gold. Looks like gasoline pouring from the bottle. Kind of elegant looking with big slow bubbles. S: Faint malt and fruity apple scent much like a kolsch. T: Tart fruity flavor tasting more like a weak sparkling wine than a beer. M: Coating soft carbonation and light thin body. Tartness does not impede drinkability. O: Not bad at all but not something I'd buy regularly. Great party beer that really begs to be canned.
