12 ounce bottle thanks to a Ratebeerian who shall not be named. Hazy orange with HUGE chunks. Historically, Saranac created mediocre beer but they always looked amazing. This one looks scary. Oh well. Thin head quickly fades. Aroma of wheat and citrus. The taste is wheat and citrus. Maybe a bit of spice. Thin, highly carbonated. 200th wit.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle 2/3 full poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy with no head. Aroma light esters, light body, no carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is light grain and a little esters. I think this was messed up at the brewery, not worth buying even if the carbonation was right.

Slightly hazy golden and light peach coloured body with a three centimetre tall pure white head that fades fairly fast without leaving a lace. Aroma of grass, light curacao and a good deal of yeast - not much else. Light-bodied; Funky clove and coriander seed flavour with a good deal of freshness, some subdued and skunky pale wheat malts and a little dose of yeast with no sweetness at all, a touch of spice and no depth nor complexity. Aftertaste shows the dry malt, a bit of yeast and no sweetness nor complexity - just dry flavours and a hint of wheat with coriander seed and really no curacao or any citrus near the end. Overall, a pretty poor beer, but to be honest - that was already expected. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased on 21-June-2017 from Shopper’s Food Warehouse in Alexandria, Virginia for US$1.25, sampled at home in Washington just six days later on 27-June-2017.

Bottle, Barracks Road Harris Teeter. Pours very chunky with a ton of floating debris. This actually looks kinda nasty as its chunky and some pieces look big. If I poured this out of a pop can, I’d pour it out. Dusting of a head. Aroma is so light... very little anything, perhaps a hint of coriander. Flavor is very plain. Almost a coconut-water flavor, minor banana, minor coriander. Not a winner.
