Bomber from Krausenjockey. Nose is slightly funky tartness, cherries, and caramel with some background peppery spiciness. Clear orange with a big, lightly lacing, off white head. Flavor is lightly tart with funky hints, contasting with lightly sweet cherries and pomegranites.

Bomber from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours hazy orange gold with a slight off-white head. Aroma of very lightly sour fruit. Med body. Flavor is underlying breadiness with some unexpectedly tart fruit juice. It seems to start cherry and finish pomegranate - though I’m not sure I would have known it was pomegranate without the label. There is certainly a Belgian yeast/spice aspect. The aftertaste is almost a wheaty non-fruit Belgian. Drinks better fast than sipping.

Draft. Reddish-amber beer with a cream colored head. Fruity aroma with malt. Tart pommegranate and cherry flavor with yeast and malt. Medium bodied. Tart pommegranatae and cherry lingers with some malt.

On tap. Pours with a clear orange hued body with a small white head. Aromas are fruity, lightly nutty (almond), slightly tart, cherry skins and some light esters. Flavors are toasty, a bit nutty (in a victory malt sort of way which is a bit odd), lightly tart, fruity with cherry and something slightly tarter. Medium bubbles. Dry.

On tap at City Beer Store. It has a musty fruit aroma. There’s some berry peel bitterness, kinda tannic. There’s a nice grain background. It’s well made but doesn’t quite suit my taste. The fruitiness is balanced, and there’s some Belgian flavor, thought it seems a bit muddled. Feel is pretty light for the abv. I’m just not big on the Belgian-fruit interaction.
