Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a biscuit malt aroma. Soft and smooth, mellow biscuit malt, mellow citrus bitterness and a dry bittersweet finish.

Cask at Calverts Court, Stockport. Pours golden yellow with minimal off-white head. Aroma is mainly summer fruits. In the mouth it starts off slightly sweet with floral hops and berry fruits plus hints of grains. It gradually becomes more bitter with marmalade to the fore. Finish is slightly sticky. Nothing special.

Cask (Peveril of the Peak, Manchester) - Light amberin colour. Peach, apricot and hints of syrup in the aroma. Peach also features in the taste along with some honey and citrus. Easy to drink but nothing remarkable.
